3 Blue Dots needed a solution that was easy to be used efficiently by recruiters, employers, job seekers and the admin staff and at the same time, very a flexible and comprehensive in order to deal with the complexity of the recruitment industry, specially in the medical and health-care sector. The application had to be flexible to adapt to the processes within different recruitment businesses, perform complex compliance verifications and manage and resource over 800 combination of professions, grades and specialties.
